Amazing Device!

My new Roku 3 has solved my previous problems with streaming Netflix during primetime--no more interruptions. I have only begun to explore the vast array of channels available on Roku. This feature has allowed me to greatly reduce my satellite package. Now I watch what I want, when I want, with unsurpassed picture and sound quality. I also love being able to insert earplugs into the remote for private viewing.

Streams beautifully and lots of channels available

I bought the Roku3 about a month ago. We have been very pleased with it. There is so much available and we can keep our own choices of channels in a separate area without wading through all the choices. Also the watchlist feature is very helpful. We are so glad we made the purchase.

I got this as a gift. I don't have a smart TV, and my sister does. I realized after I bought my new TV I should have upgraded to a smart TV. Well that's not possible, and I'm completely content with the many extra features the Roku gives! I use it mainly for Netflix and Pandora. I'd give it an extra star if it had an on/off feature. Although it says it supposedly uses the same energy as an alarm clock... but I'm not sure if I feel comfortable with that.

I put off buying this thing for about 6 months. My mistake. It installs in moments and performs exactly as advertised. This puppy is going to cut my cable bill in half.

Great New Gadget

Bought a Roku 3 a few weeks ago and use it primarily to view Netflix movies on my big screen TV. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the image I get and think my money was well spent.

New to Roku

We know a number of people with Roku and Apple TV. Our Wii just recently died and to prevent the angst associated with a Sunday sans binge watching TV shows, I picked up the Roku. So far, we really like it. My biggest issue I found was connecting my surround sound system to it. I've recently purchased the Monoprice 4 Port HDMI Switcher and will be hooking it up within the week. If there's no issue with that, I'll be your biggest fan.
