We are still working on getting to know our Roku better, but it has so many choices and is very easy to use. The first Roku that arrived was defective and the customer service person was terrific to help us figure out that there was a problem and sent us a new one quickly.

Incredibly easy to set up and not a bulky eyesore. A great way to help me eliminate cable. People love to hear about no monthly fees for the device. I only wish it had a feature to control the TV volume and power on the remote. Maybe someday...

I bought this about a month ago, mainly because I was considering getting another Apple TV for my bedroom. I was flipping through channels and saw the roku on hsn and was interested because it seemed to have a lot more features than the Apple TV, which I liked just fine. Sometimes my tv service does repair work at night when I like watching tv in my bedroom. It is very easy to switch over to Roku and enjoy the many programs available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Plenty of free movies and shows

After installing the roku 3 and seeing what i could get for free by surfing
I couldn't wait to call my cable provider and down grading the channels and saving money. I have had it for 4 months and use it more that the cable.

Good, but.........

The OK button should be in the center of the arrow/direction buttons. Would make it much easier when just looking at the tv and manipulating the roku.
Would be nice to have a connection for a keyboard or mouse to make it much easier for search functions, etc. The connection could be on the unit itself or better yet on the remote.

Cord Cutting

Bought this product in order to test the muddy waters of cord cutting. I have been impressed. With little delay and great HD picture I have been able to stream from the many different channels available on the Roku. From the big names to private channels. I have been happy and don't see going back to Cable. Thanks.
