Bought this to watch Netflix and Crackle. Great job. It is lacking in some local content especially CBS content. Overall great product. One other note: It has no way of signing into a a webpage security for internet access. Contact the internet provider to add your MAC address as an exception (This works).

YouTube at Last!

I've been holding off to replace the "smart" capabilities of an excellent LG Blu Ray player until Roku finally supported YouTube. At last it does and I'm thrilled that I now have a device that offers dozens of additional free streaming services. Plus, the ability to add SD card memory reduces buffering time to a degree.

We have had the Roku 3 and Roku 2 for little over a month. It is a great alternative to cable. We were tired of paying $75-100 month for cable so tried the Roku. Very glad we did! I highly recommend it.

I love the selection and quality. My only complaint is that the volume is inconsistent. Some shows are hard to hear during dialogue, and nearly rattle the windoews during action scenes. I'm hoping for a software update solution. Still a fantastic device
