So Easy!

After much research, I finally made up my mind to get a Roku 3. Within 45 minutes of deciding, I drove to the electronics store, bought the Roku 3, drove back home, hooked it up and was watching a movie on Netflix. So easy to do, even a cavem....naw, I'm not gonna go there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for a great product. Haven't had mine for very long but I had no trouble setting it up and registering as well as signing up for additional channels. Am enjoying the free trials and choices.

Various problems

a) it seems to need rebooting almost every time because the sound of the streaming material comes through but the picture doesn't.
b) It really needs a key board. Spelling stuff out with those alphabetic displays is a royal pain in the neck

The Roku 3 that i ordered is refurbished. I needed it to watch aereo tv. If i didn't have 2 smart tvs already i would probably love it even more.

I have my roku form about a month ago. Picture quality is great. Streaming is fast. Worth it. I would have given it a 5 stars if it had a browser.

So easy to use!

I'm not sure why I was so afraid to cut the cable cord, but my antenna and Roku box made it super easy. The box is very small and fits neatly behind my TV monitor. The set up was very intuitive. The remote lets me change channels without being in a direct line of sight to the box, which is awesome. Some of the free content is kind of dated, but hey, it's free. I've been very, very happy.

Better than cable or dish

We bought this a few months ago and have been very pleased with the ease of use and the many different channels offered. Would like to see the Sundance channel added though. The only complaint I would have is with the remote going through batteries so often especially if you use the ear buds or head phones.
