I use this for downstreaming netflix movies. I was initially using my laptop. When I switched to roku, picture and especially the sound improved dramatically.

i bought it 1 month ago love it my husband enjoy it also after he learn how to use it got good price on .should have got it sooner.get one for my bff.

Device was easy to install and set up. I had problems with connections but it turned out to be my router. After replacing that, it works great!

A breeze to install and a whole new world of TV opened before us. No issues logging onto the network and a very intuitive interface. Now if you could only add the BBC iPlayer as if we lived in the UK, it would be perfect!

We purchased the Roku about a month ago and have been very happy with it's performance. We are enjoying all of the Netflex movies. Thanks Roku...no more DVD's arriving in the mail!

I purchased Roku 3 a month ago at Target for $100.
Very simple setup, crisp HD picture quality.
I stream movies & shows from my Mac using the Plex app & it is Awesome!
If you do not have a Tv w/ Apps built in, this is a must.
I definitely recommend the Roku 3, worth every penny.
