Better than expected, simple and intuitive

I wanted something that is easy to operate for my wife and was amazed how much content is available through the Roku. It's very intuitive and easy to set up and the Headphone jack in the remote control is great. Now it will be easy to finally cu the cord.

Awesome Product

I bought the Roku to stream on a small TV while I jog on the treadmill each morning to watch Netflix. It is a handy little unit that works great. It is easy to use, reliable and perfect for streaming.
Would highly recommend it!

I have been using Apple TV for a while. Recently purchased Roku 3. Roku beat my expectations hands down. Only if they had something as semaless and integrated as AirPlay...definitely would recommend Roku in any case.

We bought this so we could cut the cord. We are a family of three with a 18 year old son. It's easy to use, much easier than the Chromecast we bought, and we don't miss Direct TV at all

small but powerful punch

I love the small form factor in this little unit. That being said, when I went to load my long network key, it would have been nice of the developers to allow me to plug in a USB keyboard to type in long string of numbers and digits. Another disappointment is no small web browser, this unit could easily had a small web browser so I could navigate to video sites not yet added on to their channel list. Another annoying factor are all the channels asking for money, its like walking down an alley and having every one asking you for some pocket change. Its a good unit, but it makes me think that I need to put together a XBMC unit and go for that for my down time entertainment. Keep up on the free content avoid all pay channels and this unit will deliver a satisfying experience.

I bought this because I got rid of a second HDTV cable box and now I can watch not only movies, but also news stations, Exercise programs and TV shows that I missed.
