This product is not ready for the normal consumer. Poor support, limited program access, occasional recording breakdowns, and a program guide that is just plain wrong means there's lots to improve. It's not ever going to be my primary source.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HBO GO Buffering Problems

I bought this unit to use HBO GO and it is impossible to do such because of buffering - trough put issue. My WIN7 and Andriod products work fine. HBO GO for Roku 3 only works during daytime hours (early afternoon or such). Roku has totally non-responsive on this issue. Netflix and Hulu seem fine at all times of day. I wish I had not purchased.

I bought this a month ago and I am very impressed with it. So I bought a second one for my den a few days ago. In addition to Netflix which is everywhere, I really appreciate that you have Amazon Prime Instant Videos so that I can watch them on the big screen and not just my laptop That was the deal maker for me. Thanks

I bought this a month ago and I love it. I wish I could access Showtime Anytime and Encore Play though, but Cox isn't a participating provider.
