We got this a month ago and I'm a happy camper. Runs video smooth and has a great selection of channels. Truly love it and recommend it to anyone looking for a way to dump cable/satellite. Have already recommended to several friends.

I should have got one sooner, much faster than the other brand I had, also lots more choices. I give it best in class! now if they would just get Vudu apps

The Roku interface is great. Very easy to negotiate among the many channels. Speaking of channels, your favorite is sure to be among the many that are offered. Easy to set up and an excellent user experience!

This is the first Roku I have purchased. Setup was a breeze, it located both bands on my wireless router, downloaded a software update and away we went. It didn't immediately recognize HuluPlus after I added it, but after powering down and restarting it has worked without any problems. Who needs a smart TV when you can use Roku?

Compact, Easy to Use, Games Could Be Better

The Roku3 was purchased to mount to a portable TV used by my kids. It was purchased primarily to use Amazon Prime and Netflix. It does offer a lot for the price. The Roku3 has a nice interface, remote audio over controller with headphones, and wifi. Playing games is a nice feature, but actually works against this device. The gaming content lacks the quantity of titles or quality of software to make this device worth purchasing for games. The hardware can't support the kind of games offered on current consoles, but there just aren't more than a handful of games that are that are really that fun to play. If you turn your kids loose on this device, you may find yourself shelling out $25 for an additional controller for a gaming platform that's almost non-existent. Gaming would be better omitted from the platform if Roku isn't going to follow through on this feature.

We have had the Roku 3 for about a month. Love to sit in the evening and watch a show with no commercials. There is so much to choose from to watch, we have hardly scratched the surface.

I purchased the Roku several months ago, but just installed it recently. Easy hookup, connected to WiFi immediately. The only problem is how to exit, but working on it.
Extremely pleased.
