Fast easy to use

i use to own a roku that dish network gave me I recently purchased the roku 3 its so much faster easier to use and I loe the Ethernet cable port it allows for my roku to gwt the top internet speed im paying for which is 3mbps. as for cutting the cable well I found these two great programs. one is ustvnow and other is nimbletv I recommend them both go give them a try. and once again great job roku keep up the great work on these little devices!!!!

Great product! - only needs more channel access

I think its a wonderful product... small, easy to use, fast... only downside is not being able access more channels or any good channels really. I would love and am waiting to be able to get the same channels that the US gets. Mostly HBO Go .. I was a big disappointment to not have access to more.. the Channels we get for Canada are not good. Only real good use is NetFlix

My wife and I decided it was time to dump the high cost cable bills. We first tried Chrome Cast, was not what we expected, returned it and purchased Roku 3. We save $45 a month by subscribing to the very basic cable only. Roku gives us all the rest we need.

Like everything except no separate audio output

I need a separate audio output for my Zone 2 speakers to play music. WD TV and Apple TV they both have an optical audio out. I didn't realize that Roku didn't provide this feature. I ended up selling my Roku 3 and buying Apple TV.

I bought this for husband birthday and I have used it since. We sleep on different shifts and I can now watch TV/Movies with great the ear buds that came with it. He enjoys the sleep!

Exceptional Unit !

I have more than pleased with my Roku 3 - performs better and more user friendly than three previous 'other' branded units. I have just one complaint. The unit overheats after less than 90 minutes of use. I've have to switch it off between uses and during use I must keep it cool with a small fan. Outside of that - well designed remarkable device.
