Not so great

I bought my Roku 3 to use for access with my Slingbox. While there is a so-called Slingplayer channel, it doesn't work very well. For example, unlike the Boxee Box, it is dependent on your smart phone. Not very eloquent for this application.
Sorry, but I feel the Roku 3 is not much better than a good Samsung TV with built-in streaming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best streaming machine on the market I have had 3 others they were not even close to this one if I could give more than 5 stars I would Great Item

my husband bought this for me because our baby refuses to sleep alone and while he naps well, life is boring or i had to learn how to read lips on the tv... anyway he got this for me in december as one of my christmas presents and i love it!! while baby sleeps i can watch AND HEAR the tv with this amazing device!. i recommend it if you dont want to wake baby up, in our case. :)

comcast does not support it yet with HBOgo or history channel but netfilx and amazon work great plus freespeech tv does as well overall it is worth it. it will be gifts for my faily next christmas
