I help set up a Roku for an electronics challenged friend of mine, and was so impressed, I purchased one the following day. We enjoy it to the utmost.

I chose the Roku because of how easy it is to use. If you have handled a Wii remote, then this remote will be a breeze. I'm not sure if this has been fixed yet, but the one thing that bugs me a tad is not being able to stream Mac-->Roku. It would be nice to be able to play my personal vids via streaming-magic-land, but I will live without for now.

I bought this to view Netflix in 1080p. Before we were using a wii that was only allowing 720 but now Netflix is looking great on our TV through the Roku. It is sad to see that other channels on Roku charge for every TV or movie.

I have used this for about 2 weeks now and it does a great job. Streaming videos load fast and without interruption. Picture quality is also very good. I am impressed with this little box and highly recommend it.

I bought my Roku mainly so I could watch youtube videos on my television but I have found a bunch of interesting channels that keep me busy for hours!
