I spent a lot of time trying to choose between a Roku and an Apple TV. I was, at first leaning towards an Apple TV because I have a few other Apple devices. After reading many reviews and comparisons between the two devices, I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase a Roku. It works great, fast, and is still compatible with my iPhone through the Roku app.

Great features

The roku 3 cost a little more but it works so much better than the previous one. Plug in, set up in seconds and stream Netflix , the internet and so much more. Go wireless or using a cable connection makes no difference as both work flawlessly. Though the earphones that connect to the remote aren't that bad, I would recommend using Ipods for your listening pleasure.

I avoided buying for the longest time and even tried Google's try at this(returned in days). Finally bought and am so mad at myself for not buying sooner!! Love love love this. Good-bye cable.....it was nice knowing ya.

Christmas present this year for my girlfriend but is everyone in the houses favorite thing now. Haven't hardly used our cable box since we got it.

I bought Roku 3 about one month ago and I am really enjoying it. It is definitely worth the money. I have been watching movies and television series through Netflix and Amazon Prime. I highly recommend it. Don't worry about the set up. It was very easy. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow.
