Sealed the deal in getting rid of cable

Much research into Roku3 & Apple counterpart. Stuck with Roku3 even though we have Mac devices as well as Android. The setup to 60 seconds.
I purchased mine though Amazon which allowed some freebies and coupon codes with good discounts for Amazon prime.
The channel list grows often, just have to remind myself to scan.
The operation is very easy and fluid .

We are enjoying our Roku so far, using it at least daily, and have only dipped into two or three channels. I feel like I will never run out of things to watch, though we don't watch more than two hours a day. It's very easy, and I enjoyed telling my dad all the ways it's better than his "Apple TV".

Got this item as a gift for work. and have a older flat screen TV and once I hooked it up. wow! nice making that old TV into a smart TV. Easy to use for any age. love all the channels and music great product!

Since I bought my Roku , I barely watch cable tv anymore. As soon as my contract is up, I'll be saying goodbye and save over $100 a month.

My daughter gave me the Roku 3 for Christmas. My blu ray player was having issues streaming Netfix and Amazon Prime. I have had no streaming issues at all! I love the Smithsonian App and the PBS App as well. I am disappointed that I cannot use some apps unless I subscribe to a cable provider, I do not have cable. But there are many channels I can watch. I do like the head phone feature, that is very nice as I live on a very noisy street.

Easy to setup!

I would like to eventually get away from cable so I am starting with Roku. Roku 3 is so easy to set up, so easy to use! Streaming is without hiccups! You would never know you're using a streaming device. My only request would be a search function.
