Love the design and user friendly software

Allows user to add any channel desired, as long as it exist. The built in software makes accessing content very easy and quickly.

The Best Roku Yet!

I started with the Roku XS. I loved it so much, two days later, I cut the cable cord & I have not looked back. In addition to my Roku XS, I also own a Roku LT (it was free with a channel subscription). And I own a Roku 3. They all are great! But the Roku 3 is the best yet! My favorite feature is the headset jack on the remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Best Streaming Player I've Owned

I bought this about a month ago and it's the best streaming player I've owned. I also have TWC, but got to return my cable boxes as this takes their place. It's great.

easy to use and fast

We purchased the Roku about a month ago as a way to save money and have more control over our programming. Cable was anywhere from $128 & up. We had around 100 channels but only watched a few. We have Netflix for 7.99/mo plus tons of other free channels like Crackle, PBS, Smithsonian, old time radio shows, etc.There is a lot more content out there, too much to list. There are still commercials on the non premium channels but not nearly as much as on Cable. I don't miss watching 5 minutes of TV for every 10 minutes of commercials. Its like having a media library with tons of classic TV and movies at your fingertips, great stuff you don't always get on cable anytime you want it. You can still get recent and new stuff as well and not always at a premium or for less than a cable subscription. Not wanting to sound negative toward cable but for us there are better uses for our $100/mo. We still have road runner through our cable provider and the Roku preforms great and haven't had any problems at all. We run it wirelessly with no either net cable, haven't need it. Oh, and we still get around 20 crystal clear local HD channels over the air through the antenna.

We use to run netflix from a Wii... but Roku is HD, the remote easier to use, and the UI is great! Now, I wish more channels/media stations would subscribe to Roku!!
