Just what I wanted

Bought this a month ago (mostly for Netflix) and I love it. Some of the UI could use some updating, but the service delivers on what it promises.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and fun to play with!

I've had the Roku 3 hooked up for about a month now, and it's so fun and simple to use! I have a Sony GTV Box and a Tivo Series 3, but neither are as dead simple to operate as the Roku!
Getting my apps hooked up and running takes, literally, about 30 minutes and then you're off-to-the-races! Pandora, Netflix, Plex, MLS, TuneIn Radio...They're all there!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the Roku 3 as a Christmas present for my husband. We have enjoyed the expanded channels we now receive. It's very easy to install and use.

We love our new Roku, the only thing I can't figure out is how to connect to live streaming of Internet TV channels. I can do it on my computer & iPad, but can't get there on the Roku. We are planning on disconnecting our Dish Network and using Roku for our entertainment. Dish just raised their prices again!

Received as a Christmas present, just awesome! Have it connected via ethernet, and the movies, pandora, Amazon prime all stream beautifully to my TV & stereo

Bought two months ago. It does great for Netflix and Pandora and Iheart radio. It does not work very well for other movies. They play a short time and stop to reload.

Love the documentaries

I have been out of work after surgery and the Roku has augmented the gaps in decent cable viewing. On demand, I can choose from a wide array of viewing options. I am especially pleased with the variety of documentaries available through various channels such as PBS, Smithsonian, and many others.
I would recommend this to a friend!
