I really like the available content. My main objective is the fact that I can not use HBO GO on the Roku because Comcast won't allow access.

lots of channels and options to choose from

We bought this about a month ago when deciding we were tired of overpaying for cable. We already had Netflix and Amazon accounts, so once we had the cost of the Roku covered we were done. In 3 months time, the Roku will have paid for itself- anything beyond is pure savings! Quality of the picture is good, selection is great- love it and would definitely recommend! The one downside is that it does require a lot of WiFi power to run effectively (multiple units running at once will slow it down significantly), so we also upgraded our router and have had no problems.

Stylish, weightless, little fun-packed gadget device. Love the remote too. Make Roku 4 with a programmable remote and you're golden!

It's everything I need

I plan on cutting the cable cord this month and I can tell that the Roku is going to make that completely painless. The only issue I've noticed (and it may be a Netflix issue) is when watching a series it will occasionally skip an episode if you're watching multiple episodes in a row.

We bought this about a month ago. I wish I had looked into it sooner, has our cable choices beat hands down. Would advise anyone wanting more choices to get a Roku.

I received the Roku 3 for Christmas and I absolutely love it. I am sending the cable box back since I use the TWC app so it saves money over the long run. The Netflix streams great (better than through the Blueray player. Overall, very happy!!!

Got this for the family for Christmas 2013 - we love it; we no longer have cable or satellite - pay for only what we want. Our internet is the best (DSL) but ROKU 3 does a great job of bringing the best quality. Also, the ability to play media off a flash drive is an added benefit. Thank you

Great overall but misleading channel cost info

We're overall very pleased, but how Roku lists channel costs is misleading. Channels listed as "free" may mean "free forever" or "free for a 1-month period". That should be clearly spelled out.
