Great Little Box!

Already owning an old apple TV 2, this box is far superior in term of speed and features. As long as Roku and the various providers will not be too greedy ( I look at you Plex), this will remain my go to box. Amazingly easy setup and very good output quality. I mostly use it to stream videos from a NAS using plex in HD, no problem at all. Definitive buy.

Love It so much...might get rid of cable

I received this as a X-mas gift. I knew a couple of people who had other models and they really liked it and highly recommended it. I asked my loved ones for a Roku and much to my surprise they bought me Roku3. I love it! I'm considering getting rid of cable because I use it so much. Its so easy to set up and I highly recommend it to anyone who has Netflix. I highly recommending buying one I don't think you can go wrong.

Roku 3- Awesome

My only regret about the Roku 3 was not buying it sooner. If Amqzon's new Kindle Fire HDX had nor remove its HDMI connection I WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED THIS DEVICE. It is very easy to use, streams very well, and is very easy to navigate, even for me. Truly is almost idiot proof. I don't regret buying and have no reservations recommending this. Works exactly as advertised.

Exceeded Expectations

I am not a techie person, so I was concerned that I would have problems with installation and operation. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of installation, even with my older TV. It was operational within 30 minutes. It was a great purchase and I have recommended the ROKU to friends and family.

Replaced DVDs and On Demand with Roku

I bought my Roku 3 as a gift for myself during the holidays. I really just wanted to watch Netflix on TV instead of using my laptop, buying movies on-demand from my cable provider or renting DVDs from RedBox and forgetting to return them. Plus I'm tired of DVD players that break down. I haven't done much with the channels, but I like watching music videos and the M-Go movies channel is great because it is pay-as-you go, unlike Netflix.
I keep my roku plugged into my router and have had no issues with streaming. Resolution is great. The remote is easy to use. Set up was a forgettable experience. I have no complaints.
I wouldn't cut off my cable, but I could rely on my roku 3 for all of my viewing needs if I had to. The only downside to it is that so many channels require separate accounts and monthly fees that I would get confused easily if I had to pay for anything other than Netflix. And it could get really expensive if I pay $100+ for cable/internet, plus $8/month for channels X, Y and Z.
Right now, I look forward to turning it on when I have free time to watch movies or catch up on TV series.
