I love my Roku

I gave the Roku 3 to myself for Christmas and I have to say I made the best decision ever. I hated streaming movies using a computer. It was always messing up and the connection would be interrupted. I don't have the problem with Roku. And when I want to watch a movie and not bother my husband, I just plug in my earbuds and enjoy the loudest best movies ever.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Setup, Great Layout

Setup was as simple as plugging in two cables, power and HDMI. Once in the unit, the layout is well done. Searching is very easy. I have Smart TVs but their navigation is a PITA. Two wishes.
One: wish is that Roku got together with Logitech to put the codes in their remotes. If you have a logitech remote you need to hunt around for one to work. I found it under DVD. This is probably more of an issue for Logitech though as they don't have a separate device such as streaming media device.
Two: Would be cool if they could stream live basic tv stations. Could eliminate cable and antennas altogether.

Overall, a great product

I love my Roku but I need my captioning so I will upgrade to 3. I don't know why it stops and reloads but it was driving me crazy last night. I've found new stations, other than Netflix and Pandora which are my go to, and have been enjoying those. I called support with an issue and they were quick and helpful. Thanks,

I am still on a learning curve but the Roku is easy to use. When I have had a question, the customer service has been excellent explaining things in a non technical manner.
Definitely a good investment.

Roku is just easy. It works, It's a great alternative to, or addition to having cable. Pretty easy to add channels, access your content and you spend less time searching/setting up than you do just watching!

I received my Roku 3 for Christmas & did not know what it was. My son hooked it up, and it was so easy to use, I did not need any help to set up and use it. I am loving the great selection of movies and TV shows. We have had lots of snow since Christmas, and my Roku has been a great companion.

Very Good - Better than PC or Tablet Viewing

Bought this a month ago for use by family. Kids use it more than adults. It is a good substitute to PC or tablet. Access to Netflix, HBOGO, and many others is great. Movies, shows, etc. truly are better on a big screen. OK, it is far better than a PC or tablet!
