Excellent product!

I received our Roku 3 for Christmas and it is perhaps my favorite gift I opened! It's a great little box that unobtrusively and intuitively operates very well. There was a point where the unit was unable to find wireless networks, but unplugging the power supply and re-plugging it fixed the problem. The one drawback I wish would be addressed is the lack of ability to mirror mobile devices (iPad, smartphone) on our television, which you can do with Apple TV. Other than those issues, the device is excellent. It's a breeze to use, even our 4-year old can turn it on and navigate to different channels. We haven't even begun to really explore the channels, but I think the Roku and other boxes like it is the future of television.

We bought Roku as a Christmas gift to ourselves. We were tired of Comcast raising the rates and removing channels. With Hulu and Netflix we are never without a great show or movie to watch. We're saving about $70 a month. Even Roku News is great. Short commercials, if any. Love Roku!!

Closed Captioning at last!

I bought this so that we could have closed captions on streamed videos. The big bonus is that can stream music from a hard drive, even FLAC files. Mt CD player was getting old and now I am converting all my CDs to FLAC files on a external hard drive. Much better sound. The improved processor in the Roku3 handles playing these files no problem

I received the Roku3 for Christmas this past year. It is extremely easy to use and has excellent content choices. It is also super fast compared to watching Netflix on the Wii or DVD player with Apps. Would definitely recommend. Would like to eventually get rid of cable and use this exclusively.

Love my Roku. This is the second one I bought to go in another bedroom. You may have different choices with streaming players but you can't go wrong with a Roku. I cancelled my cable, got an HD antenna along with the Roku I can watch an unbelievable amount to movies, TV shows, series for a lot less monthly payments.

Everything you'll need to high speed internet

I bought this for myself at Christmas and it is light years better than chromecast. For a start you can get so many more channels and it is much easier to use. I would recommend anyone to buy this as long as you have a high speed internet connection
