When the unit works properly, it's great. But I have to continually shut down the TV and restart to get the ROKU unit to accept the video of my choice. "Content not available" is ofter shown on any of the major video chains (Netflix, Amazon, etc.)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to install and works wonderfully

The Roku 3 was given to us for Christmas by our kids. Kids today don't get cable TV and this is why. It was very easy to install and I'm not technical but I think there is a processor that makes it run like regular cable TV. Watch what you want, when you want. Of course you pay for product, but easy to start and stop service as needed.

Excellent Unit with features I want

I started with a Roku2 that only had a wireless connection. This unit has both wireless and wired connections allowing me to use it anywhere. The picture quality is even better than the Roku2 and the menu response is much quicker.

not sure yet. having some problems

Purchased a month ago. We like the features very much, but it completely stopped working last week one day. Changed the hdmi cables. Started working, but every now and then, it stops temporarily. If it keeps happening, we will have to return it as we do not know what the problem is.

Had about a month and love it. Still figuring things out, but a great machine . Love the remote compact and sturdy, ease of use. Only draw backs is old shows and movies for Canadian users. Great choice of hundreds and hundreds of other programs. No more cable or satalite bills ....Thankyou Moxkat Gravida

Too expensive

For a device that costs so much and still needs a provider to access apps like Disney, it was pretty useless. I have netflix on my wii and it does more than just TV. Wasn't worth the money to me. I returned mine.
