Excellent device

I use this now in lieu of a cable box along with an HD over-air antenna for local high def TV and cannot be more pleased with results.

I bought a Roku Last year and loved it so much I cancelled Cable, but kept the Cable broadband. So now I pay $69 mo for highspeed internet and $16 mo for programming and I can watch what ever I want for $85 mo instead of paying Cable $179 mo and having nothing on that I want to see. Now I'm upgrading to Roku 3 and giving my old Roku to my daughter for her room :-)

PROBLEM PRODUCT!

It freezes; I need to unplug and re-boot the RUKU-3 every time I want to use it. I called Tech. support and downloaded an up-date from the "secret screen" and it still freezes. I plan on returning it. Bottom line....piece of junk!

Love the device

This little box has just about everything you need on it from netflix to hulu plus and other apps. I'm a little disappointed that Roku and Comcast dont have an agreement for HBOgo so as of right now I cant watch my shows from HBOgo. But other then this is great. I also like the app Plex I can watch movie from my desktop in my living room to my device on my tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Tech Support

I was uncomfortable with the idea of installing my Roku3, being a 70 year old grandmother of 2 but it was as easy as baking cookies. There was an initial problem with sign in, but the online tech support was thorough and VERY helpful. I look forward to many hours of good viewing.

I received this asa Christmas present because I watch so many shows with my Adroid phone connected to my TV. My daughter thought I'd like it because I watch DramaFever mostly and she saw that this device had that. Unfortunately, it's a pay to use application on ROKU and free on my adroid with having to watch only a few commercials each episode. Why can't ROKU load that app instead of only the pay app. All the good stuff is pay as you go. Movies are too high priced too.

I bought 1 for my husband for christmas, and 1 for my son and daughter-in-law. my son is still telling me one month later how much he loves theirs, and my husband and i love ours. it is a wonderful product !
