Good little reciever

I have owned the ROKU for 3 months and I will say the reception for internet is great. I have used the dvd player style receiver and the ROKU is a better unit.The menu ease is great. The only problem is that there really are no such thing as free channels. Every channel cost. Very few exceptions. I bought a second unit for a another room

We are new to video streaming and read great reviews about the Roku 3. Easy and fast setup was the promise, and it's true! I like that it has pre-programmed channels, and it is easy to add more channels.

Got a refurbished on on sale - was a little nervous but so far so good. Only an occasional bump in the streaming. However, I expect that has more to do with my Internet provider. Roku itself seems to be working just fine.

Great alternative to cable!

I received this as a gift from my employer and wasn't sure what to think of it at first. I read about what it is and what it can do, and I couldn't wait to try it out! My husband and I had been thinking about getting cable to help entertain everyone during the winter months, and we're so glad we ended up with this instead of a hefty cable bill. It is very user-friendly and high speed. I love that we can watch shows on the PBS Kids channel or Netflix channel straight through without commercial breaks.

My wife bought me the Roku for Christmas and I love it. Gives us great access to Netflix for the kids and the NHL package for me. The HD quality is much better than anticipated.

I have had Apple TV for about 3 years and i decided to give Roku a chance.
I love the interface and how smooth everything works. I absolutely love the wireless headphone jack. Excellent quality on the screen.

Turns my dumb tv into a smart tv. I love it, very easy to use and I am already subscribed to Netflix and Amazon Instant so plenty of content for me!
