I got this product for Christmas 2013 and was surprised at it's ease of setup and use. Channels are easy to add works well with Netflix and Youtube.

SO FAR SO GOOD

I purchased my Roku last week. I worked to do the set-up last evening. The set-up was not at all difficult. I took time also to browse through the available channels choosing many to add to "My Channel". It took a bit of time but not at all difficult. So far so good. I have experienced no problems. I did however find it necessary to change my internet connection from wireless to wired. This too was easy to do.
I also made use of the Live Chat. This too was a good experience.

I was using my WII console to stream Netflix to my tv. ROKU gives me better quality plus easy access to a lot more downloads. One of it's best features is that the controller is OUTSTANDING!!!

Gave it to my wife as a Christmas gift :-). Needs a switch or whatever to allow use of the headphone and optionally others can still hear the audio.

A Must Have For Online Video Streamers!!!

This device is simply the best. I have had no problems or issues with it whatsoever. Easy to set up, easy to operate, and just a wonderful online video streaming appliance. Also has closed captions for all movies that had originally added subtitles!!! Inexpensive and worth every cent. Go buy one now!!!
