Got this for Christmas and have enjoyed using it. One feature that might be added is the option to go to a channel using a code - without the channel displaying in "My Channels", and to have a PIN# available to be added to selected channels that are shown on the "My Channels" menu.
There are some private channels that users may want to keep private.

Just installed this yesterday and cancelled Suddenlink TV...It is great...love Pandora..do not do Netflix as I am not big on movies.. love the other options.. wish there was a good French station..and wish there was an off button.. it froze up once and had to unplug it,, just learning,,,,hope the government does not find a way to charge!!!!

I got this as a Christmas present from my dad. I have enjoyed using the Roku, however so many of the programs nickle and dime you to watch. It would be nice to have more programs from your prime stations which didn't cost.

So easy to set up, never freezes up, simple to navigate. I love my little roku! Going to get one for my not so tech savvy family members. No way can they screw this up! Seriously thinking about falling off the satellite tv grid and just using this.

Sometimes my Roku gets a little funny/glitchy after it sits for a while, but other than that I love it. So much more convenient and I love the Youtube channel, because I really like to do exercise videos that are available on Youtube. HBO Go doesn't work, because you guys don't list Comcast/Xfinity as a cable provider, so it would be nice if you resolved that issue.

Santa brought this and I have not been able to spend as much time using it as I would like. However, it is a great device, for the most part very intuitive to use. Tip: When searching for movies, search for the actors name not the movie title. This will bring up a list of all the movies for that actor, a definite improvement over just a single movie title. Suggestions/comments for the Roku programmers:(1) For those of us who are hearing impaired the earphone jack on the remote is great. However, it would be better if in the Settings one could select or deselect the muting of the TV audio. This would allow the hearing impaired to use the earphones but others to hear the TV normally. (2) The YouTube search needs two improvements: Don't automatically start the next video when the last one finishes, and once the focus is on the bottom row (the one with the images) keep it there (rather that having it revert to a higher row) after a partially watched video is closed.
