CAN NOT PUT IT DOWN!

I received the Roku3 for Christmas and have been unable to put it down ever since. The only bad thing is that I have used up most of the WiFi allowance from my carrier. I may have to upgrade that plan in the near future.

Big Things in Such a Small Package

I bought this about a month ago to replace my aging Sony digital player. I'm so glad I did. Nice interface. So many channel and entertainment options for such an inexpensive price. Best Christmas gift to myself ever!

One of my best television investments

Short and simple. If you are subscribed to multiple entertainment outlets, i.e. Hulu and Netflix, then this is a great way to turn an app'less TV into a television command center. The mobile app is convenient and flawlessly works with the Roku. One on my favorite features is the ability to plug headphones into the remote and listen without disturbing others. The Hulu channel in particular leaves a bit to be desired in terms of user friendliness for continuous playing, but overall I can't really complain about it being unintuitive.

Large selection for movies and TV shows

Really enjoy the movies and TV shows without commercials. Great seletions and convenience. Wish it could play stremaing video clips from various internet sites, also wish that it had the capability for interfacing with internet TV stations.

Lots of choices

I got the Roku 3 for Christmas. I love all of the choices that I have. Lots of movies, TV series and even the ability to watch local news from different areas of the country or around the world. A lot of value for the money.

Exceeded my expectations

I bought a Roku 3 primarily to use with the Aereo service. We have been very happy with using the Roku 3 Aereo channel. I enjoy using the new gadgets. I've owned or currently own many products with similar media consumption functionality like the Apple TV, Xbox 360, Sony PS3, Nintendo Wii, and the Google ChromeCast. The Roku has quickly supplanted those other devices as the go to device in our home for media consumption. The remote is well designed and simple (like the Apple TV remote). The interface is responsive. I love the headphone jack in the remote -- great feature, why hasn't anyone else thought of that. Netflix is as good or better on the Roku 3 than on any other device. Why pay for Xbox live to view Netflix.....?
As we have now "cut the cable" I picked up a second Roku 3 for the master bedroom.
