I bought the roku 3 one month ago, I had just gotten high speed internet so I had never streamed a movie before the roku is easy to use and fast.

Excellent Christmas gift!

I received my ROKU for Christmas and had it set up Christmas eve during our family party. Very easy to set up and very easy to use. It sets up for what ever your TV desires are. It has many,many channels to choose from. My wife has an Amazon Prime account and it lets us stream videos. We made Amazon Prime one of our "channels" and watch movies for free. If I were to have bought it, I would still think it well worth the price.

Best Christmas present ever. This was a gift from our son. My husband and I really like our Roku. We use it everyday. So much good stuff to watch. It was easy to set up and easy to use. Navigation is effortless. Highrecommend.

Probably better than AppleTV

I bought 2 Roku boxes over the holidays - one to provide streamed content to my daughter's PC (which she used as a TV more than a PC) and one for the family TV. I really like the channels available on Roku compared to AppleTV (which I also have) and I think the performance of the device is probably better. AppleTV has a known issue with signal drop-out due to some glitch in network security (very noticeable when connected to wi-fi and it really ticks me off). Roku also drops out sometimes but nearly as often as the AppleTV (seems very solid when wired). For the price, the Roku box is a great addition to any AV setup.

Great little device

I've had this about 2 months now. I love the features and many apps to chose from. Some are subscription (like Netflix) but some are free like crackle and Pandora to name a few. Well worth the money.

I got a Roku as Xmas present from my son and his girlfriend, I can not say how much I love it, I can watch my favorites shows via WIFI without a million of commercials.
