Still exploring its use, happy so far

After a few weeks of occasional use, I am still finding features of the Roku. My grandson found the Angry Birds game today and it was hard to pull him away to have his lunch. I am still not sure why I can't use some "free" channels, like Watch ESPN as there is some tie-in with a cable TV contract. I am please to be able to discontinue a satellite contract because of the availability of channels with are free with the ROKU.

We bought this because we were cancelling our satellite and going to just antenna for tv. With the Roku we can watch our content from Amazon Prime without having to hook the laptop up to the tv. We discovered all sorts of interesting channels and have not missed the satellite at all. PS Angry Birds is a hoot to play using the remote!

It's going to change things at our house

I learned about Roku from my son and daughter-in-law. They tried other streaming devices that were okay but the Roku really works better. They were happy with them (they have 2). So I bought a Roku 3 and got it installed yesterday. Love it.

Good complement to an external antenna

I'm very happy that I got this device and I cannot wait to cancel my monthly bill once my contract is up next month, I found a very good antenna to complement the choice of content available to me, most of all I will be free of blood sucking cable companies and save money.

Love my Roku 3!

I love being able to stream content so easily! Prior to the Roku, I had to connect my laptop to the television to stream using HDMI. It was certainly doable, but the Roku makes it easy.

Love it a lot its awesome and being able to add free channels and its great I wish I had one for every room. a little downside it just freezes once in a while but overall its great
