Easy to connect

I bought the Roku 3 recently and have enjoyed the easy access to Netflix, Hulu-Plus etc.etc. My grandchildren love playing Angry Birds when they visit.

I kissed my cable company good bye and bought a Roku. This is definitely worth the money. There are apps for everything I normally watch like PBS, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, and lots of travel stations. There are even foreign stations like RTI from Russia and BBC. The only downside is the lack of a browser for web surfing. Buy it! It will save you so much money in the long run.

Held up to my expectations

I bought this a month ago and I seam to be using this little guy more and more to stream movie/TV content vs using my smart TV apps.The user interface is more enjoyable and fact that it will update when newer releases of apps come out.
Great Buy!!

Excellent device - only missing Mirroring.

The only thing missing from the Roku platform is Airplay Mirroring. If Roku, Inc. can add Airplay Mirroring to the Roku platform, it would crush all other devices in the market.

Goodbye cable!

We cancelled our cable service and bought the Roku 3 two months ago, and haven't regretted it once. The small device is easy to set up and use, we've been able to find dozens of shows we like via the available channels, and the headset jack on the remote is fantastic. We highly recommend the Roku!

My wife received the Roku3 for x-mas. It's fast, easy to set up, and works great. I have satalite service but plan to back off to basic service because of the Roku3.

I had heard about Roku a few years ago, however, being a ~ ahem ~ mature individual who is desperately trying to keep abreast of the exploding technological world ~ I was too busy wading through the complexities of iPhones and iPads and lap tops and the like, to consider anything new. Why did I wait! I purchased the Roku online ~ it was easily connected and up and running in literally seconds ~ and it has opened up a wonderful new world of connections. Easy to navigate ~ dependable and lightening fast ~ so much to see and learn ~ from old friends to new and exciting avenues ~ I may never leave the house again. Love it, love it, love it.
