Love this thing

Added a TV to the bedroom but did not want to run cable to the second floor or pay for a second cable box. Velcro'd the Roku to the back of the TV for a clean install. Netflix and Amazon Instant Video work perfectly. Super easy setup and picture quality is excellent. We are considering dropping cable all together after purchasing this.

Easy to use!

Our Roku was a Christmas present from our son. He told us that it would change the way we watched TV, and it has! It's so simple to use and since we turned our Roku on we have used it more than we have our cable.

The wait was worth it

I wanted the Roku for a while. Finally picked one up, Roku 3 and have been watching movies via Netflix like a kid with a new toy. I also downgraded my cable and got rid of the movie channels since they play the same things all of the time anyway. Honestly I don't know why I waited so long other than just used to having to rely on standard cable. I definitely got my monies worth out of this Roku 3 within a few days. Now I am thankful that the BlockBuster near me closed. It forced me to finally make up my mind and get the Roku 3. The only slight issue I have had is with the remote for the Roku 3. The remote has wifi built into it and every once in a while it will not respond. It's not that big a deal but the next model's remote should have some kind of wake-up or on and off button. Other than that this thing is great. It acts as another router that you can connect to the internet with as well.

Easy Set Up

I bought the Roku for Christmas to put in the bedroom. It was quite easy to set up and my granddaughter can now have her cartoons on demand. We are enjoying it very much.

A lot of Channels!!!!!!

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. When he opened the box he had no idea what it was and just sat there like a little kid that didn't get anything for Christmas. We are still in the beginning stages of learning all the different channels but we are enjoying it.

I decided to drop cable and stream my tv. Overall I love this product. I wish they had more channels to access my local tv stations and a way to stream from your computer, like apple tv has the mirror option. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.
