Great just what i needed

My wife got this as a gift, I am deaf and have to have Closed Caption but just couldn't get it to work. Here is how it went; Kamlesh, (Roku agent) was fantastic and solved the problem very quickly, the very high effort score was due to netflix telling me Roku model# 2500x did not support Closed Caption. I spent 3 weeks with different agents saying it couldn't be done. The first Netflix agent told me it was because my Vizio T.V. was too new! The Second, D'andra (Netflix agent) told me to try steps she got from a link about Roku, that didn't work. Third Tierra (Netflix agent) told me the Roku model# 2500x didn't support Closed Caption. So I contacted Roku support to find out. Again the Roku is a great piece of equipment and Kamlesh (Roku agent) was perfect in his step by step instructions getting Closed Caption for me, Thank You again!!!!

I dont know why I waited to get this device . All my friends told me how cool it was and how easy it was to use . I love this little machine and the all the channels it has .

I received my Roku 3 as a gift and LOVE it. I'm very happy with the convenience of watching what I want, when I want including informational and instructional videos, as well as movies and television entertainment. Picture quality and download speed is excellent!

It has some good free features plus the USB connection for media support. Wish it supported more formats of the different types.

I bought this about 2 months ago and only really got to start using it this past month. I am finding more content that I enjoy on Roku then on by satellite subscription. In fact, I have scaled back on the monthly satellite service and am actually saving $$. I would, however, like to see more options for the older TV (50's) television series.

Bought this model about three weeks ago. I like it but I am having issues with it freezing up. Not sure if it is the Roku or Netflix but I am having some issues. The Roku is very easy to set up, menu is very easy to navigate through, and it I like the channels available through it.

This Roku 3 was really easy to plug in and get started...At first I wasn't sure how to source my TV, but soon enough. with half a brain, that is easy also. I really enjoy it, as it's there when I want it. .So far, have not given up cable, but that's an option a lot of people are turning to..
