I got this for Christmas and enjoying it ever since. When there is nothing on tv, which is often the case, especially because I do not like reality tv shows, Roku has been great. Check out the McLeod Daughters series on Netflix.

Absolutely thrilled. I have a plasma that is not a smart TV. Bought a Roku for my daughter and her boyfriend and they raved about it so much, that I had to go out and get myself one. I recommend them to anyone who doesn't have a Smart TV/Wifi

Much More Than I expected

I have had the Roku 3 for about a month. Believe it or not, I had a desktop PC attached to the TV, so for over a year, I thought nothing could compare with that. Then, I needed the PC elsewhere, so I bought a Roku 3. I had read about it and I researched the various models. I also compared the Roku against similar boxes from other manufacturers. The Roku is much, much easier to use than a PC, and I don't have any headaches like updating and backups and such. Plus, I can use a remote control instead of a keyboard and a mouse, which are difficult to use on a coffee table. I am much happier now. Thank you, Roku!

This is the very best thing I have ever bought. Hook up is so easy. Adding features is easy and so much cheaper than cable!

Purchased my Roku 3 almost two months ago. It does everything I expected it to and then some and does it perfectly. No regrets with this purchase. Very happy with the product.

I watched a part or a three or more part video about how The Earth Was Made and now can't find it. Thought there would be someplace to go showing all my previous viewings! Also with the very many NRA members out there there ought to be some channel devoted to their programs.

It was fairly easy to install, but I am not really sure how to use it. I looked for some YouTube videos, but I couldn't find anything. Is online TV, Videos, and movies as good of quality as a Blu-ray? Can I use it to replace Time Warner? Can I use it like a DVR to save movies to watch later? Do I have to buy one for every TV? Do I have to buy a Slingbox and pay for a monthly subscription? If so is that less expensive than Time Warner and a DVR?
I think I would recommend it if I could figure out how to use it. I want to watch the local channels, some history, sci-fi, CNN, USA, Spike, ABC, CBS, and NBC, plus Showtime - Can this do that? Can I watch some HBO like Boardwalk Empire? My grandson tried to download some episodes for me to watch and Time Warner sent me an email threating to turn off my cable. Could this happen with the Roku box?
