GREAT!!!!!!!

I bought this because I already have Apple TV box. This is better than the Apple TV. If you have other Apple products, then Apple you can do more with Apple TV-but I have Apple products and would tell anyone to buy ROKU. It is sooooo much easier to set up than Apple TV. I am making a purchase of another box....

the level and variety of programming is just mind bending! I am enjoying everything, music movies, weather nes and live events. There is still so much to explore, everyday is a new adventure

Enjoying the Roku experience

I've had the Roku 3 for about a month. It was extremely easy to set up, add channels, and start watching. Netflix looks amazing on our 720p LCD TV, and the Youtube channel means my wife and I can watch cat videos much more easily together. I frequently use the headphone jack in the remote control to watch shows on Netflix when my wife is doing something else; it's a fantastic feature.
On the downside, it has re-booted twice while I've been watching something during the past month. Given the number of hours of viewing I've gotten, it's not a lot, but it is annoying when it happens.
Overall, I'm very happy with the device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received this as a gift from our son and it is fantastic. Motion control a bit tricky but the channels are fantastic. Have to make myself leave the TV. Fantastic tech.

Will Never go back to Cable

Everything that we WANT to watch is streamed right here. We have our ESPN, our Netflix, our Amazon movies, even our news stations. No more waiting on commercials, no more cable bill ~ thrilled! and Angry birds game is a plus according to my son ;)

Cutting the Cable Costs

I got Roku so I could eliminate all of the cable Premium Channels. I was paying for HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, etc but not finding movies that I wanted to watch. Roku offers so many channels that are free or a nominal cost. I especially like the British shows on Acorn. I find Roku easier to navigate than the Smart TV that I have in the bedroom. I have one Roku in the office and one in the living room. I am glad I made the switch. I can always find something that I enjoy watching. If I had my way I would just have basic cable for the local news, but my husband is not ready to let go.
