Wonderful Device With So Many Possibilities!

This is my 3 rd Roku purchase and I am a very happy customer with each and every one. Yes, indeed I have recommended this to a friend and she loves hers as well. It is so easy to use. The only problem I foresee is I am out of TV's to use them on, lol! The movies play so well on this device and your choice of a movie is endless. As I have mentioned before in another review, do yourself a favor and purchase one today!

Bought it so I could watch Netflix - but it is that and SO MUCH MORE! I actually cancelled my cable TV... now saving $100/month!!!!

The Roku is so easy to use right out of the box. We had no problem setting it up and we were enjoying it within minutes.

Works almost magically

The sleek little unit is almost invisible..totally if you buy the accessory to hang it at the back of the TV and was set up in a few minutes. Due to an operator error on my part I had to go on your chat line which solved my problem quickly.
Using Roku 3 is joy..downloads an HD movie in seconds, supports Netflix, Amazon video, YouTube and many many more free channels as well as subscriptions like Hulu.
My Roku is on the wireless setting and have zero problems. Couldn't be happier. A recent reviewer at CES in Las Vegas said Roku would likely be bringing it's own TV to market and the reviewer said it would include the Roku interface which makes the "smart" TVs look clunky by comparison. Says it all.

Adding Private Channels helps a lot

I had to work to add BBCN (World News) because i didn't know what a Private Channel was, and how to add one. Actually adding it was easy. Next time there won't be a problem. The initial channel offerings were not satisfying, but the ability to add BBCN and other good Private Channels is a game changer.

I bought the Roku3 about a month ago now. I must say I'm thoroughly impressed with the device. The Roku3 is the first time I've purchased any type of streaming device as I used to only have a media PC. Everything I used to watch I now can via the Roku3. The only downside and the readon I've given my rating a 4 star is that it has no LAN networking media option or a browser. I do use PLEX as as work around for my media.
The size of the device is amazing as it's so small. The wifi connectivity of the remote is wonderful as I don't have to point to the device to change channel, pause etc. I've installed an app on my mobile with is great for typing as there is no keyboard on the remote as the Boxee does. The fact I can use my mobile is the reason I went with the Roku3 as well.
All in all it has been an immensely positive time using the Roku3 & I highly recommend it.

I bought this Roku over the holidays and I really love it. Works great with easy to use and navigate menus. Great number of options and features. The interface and controller are awesome compared to other native interfaces.
