We have used this product for just over a month. We were pleased with the ease of setting up the system and configuring for our services. The performance thus far has been excellent.

Really do like this little box, it's size is fantastic, super small and super quick. We needed the wireless capability and after frustration with Samsung blue ray players that purported to be wireless however were constantly freezing...we tried this...and so far this little box has never frozen and flies through buffering with ease....definitely recommend it....let's face it most other channels are not the best, however the Netflix set up is great....Galaga is fun (being an old timer)....would love to see Asteroids or something and some better news channels (perhaps The Real News Network)...ohh and the app for your phone works great....cool back up if your remote ever took a nose dive....couple of downsides ...no power button so it is always on (or seems to be...2-3 watts or not that still bites) don't always dig having to give a credit card to set this box up as it is rather intrusive when you include your excessive permissions (we want access to all your stuff as we are p/t NSA??)......that drops your score obviously..

Nice...but slightly faulty

This gadget works well generally and you get a great selection of channels. We used to use Redbox every weekend, but not been back since we got the Roku 3 It appears it does have a slight fault. It sometimes goes off and we have to wiggle the cable to get it going again. That is a little worrying as its less than 1 month old.

Great streaming media player...

Excellent streaming device (I bought 3 of them) but it really needs MKV support! With native MKV support, without the need to transcode using Plex, this would be the ultimate streaming media device available.

I think your content and channel selection should be available to all users of Roku irrespective of your location around the world. After all we all paid the same price for Roku.
