Love it!

I have had my Roku for about a month now, and I love it! I have been able to enjoy all my shows on Netflix, as well as Amazon. I have also found some new channels, like Snag Films that are great.

I got this for Christmas and was so excited to be able to stream channels so easily. I love watching Netflix and HuluPlus on my TV instead of computer! The set up of the Roku 3 was quite simple too.

Received as Xmas gift, works fantastic, will be parting company with Dish in the immediate future and using only Roku2. Amazing how much content is out there, and how easy it is to use, and remote is big enough, unlike Apple TV, to actually use. Great Product, wish I had known about it long ago

We received this as a Christmas present and have been very happy streaming Netflix to tv as well as other devices. Ease of installation, finding desired programs, and love the on demand feature.

I replaced my original Roku with the Roku3. I love the remote with ear phones. I can listen to a movie without worrying about disturbing my neighbors. The picture is beautiful. It is easy to use.

I have heard about the Roku in the past but after seeing the ads with Moxkat Grvida I got one to try it out. As a film historian I was blown away at how much is on the Roku. I have been watching films I have only read about or have only seen once at film festivals. I have also discovered new content such as web series and films I have missed at film festivals.
I have also used the Roku to keep up with world events. During New Years Eve I watched the world ring in the new year LIVE on Roku in Asia, UK, NYC and Las Vegas. When former Israeli PM Ariel Sharon passed away I got to watch Israeli TV on the Roku and see all of the funeral services.
I would recommend Roku to anyone who loves film, wants to stay informed or wants to try something new. Even though I have the top package for Verizon Fios I still feel that the Roku brings added value. Since my first Roku last month I have gotten Roku boxes for the rest of the house.

Works as expected. Not as simple as it seems.

After a couple months' usage the device is performing as advertised using Amazon Prime as a basis. Only flaw we see is that the various features and their benefits is not clear and the cost to use them is also not available or not clear. Unless I missed something in the instructions in the box I'm not sure of: A) what I can use it for or do with it besides get movies off amazon Prime, and B) how much I might (or might not) have to pay to use any opther features the device makes available, Can find lots of old or B movies for free. Others have fees associated with them. Prices no better, somtimes higher, than, "cable." Not many contemporary movies either (even for a fee). May be better choices on "cable" (with fees). some TV show reruns of series have fees associated with them which makes no sense whatsoever for anyone who is dilligent with their DVR use or if one subscribes to a system that lets you see reruns for free. I like it better than brand "N," but it still doesn't knock me out compared to my cable service.
