I have my mother-in-law visiting from South Africa and she uses it all the time. She loves the headphone facility as she's a little deaf!

I replaced my Apple with a Roku 3 because of streaming and access problems. I am very happy with the choice. I did a bit of research before making the change and it proved to be the best option for my needs.

Well built, works as advertised, nice photo album

I have now bought 2 of these products. Upon getting the first, I found the Photo Album display so useful, I bought another for my mother just for that. They are about as intuitive and easy to setup as this every changing field allows - but it still can be a bit intimidating. Their help is by "feature" or "problem" - and I would personally prefer a MANUAL that I can read through. But other than that, I am using it with PlayOn and PlayLater, and potentially my daughter may be using it with Aereo which is pretty cool. Many of the "channels" are "chargeable" options to the companies - but that is where PlayOn and PlayLater or the TV Antenna options are nice. It took me a Saturday morning just to review all the capabilities and figure out all the features I was going to use. The remote headset is a really nice feature also. Compare this to a couple of other similar products, it seems to be more complete and more professionally done. But Roku has been doing it a while, so they should have it down.

I bought the Roku 3 on the recommendation of my boss and it far exceeds my expectations. I am able to enjoy new and old movies as well as watch TV shows that I can't fit on my DVR! The only problem is that my entire family is becoming a group of trolls - all we will need is a bridge to live under and our lives would be complete!

I bought the Roku to replace my Vizio Co-Star. Roku has so many more options and channels! I mainly bought it for it's access to Hulu Plus. The vizio unit was not compatible with hulu plus although most of vizios bluray and tvs are. We couldn't be happier with our entertainment options and value.

All entertainment in one little box, except live and network tv. I can easily stream everything on my network with plex.
