I have had the XD for several years now and couldn't be happier! I am constantly amazed at how many channels are available and the service reps are very friendly and knowledgeable and there has only been one time I've had to call them,thanks for a great product...

So many viewing options

I bought this a month ago,and am so glad I did, There are so many TV shows and movies to watch (both current shows and classic) I don't think I will ever be able to watch them all. My only complaint is that I am not able to watch current CBS shows without paying extra for them. Other than that I love it, it was so easy to set up and is very easy to use

I"ve had the Roku 3 for several months. The setup/hookup instructions were easy to follow and worked the first time. The unit recognized and locked on to my 2-channel router with no problems. The response of the remote is fast. I have had no synch problems since activation. I am completely satisfied up to this date. Use of the Roku 3 gives an attractive alternative to reruns on TV. And of course, Amazon prime has a wide selection of free stuff to view.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great (cheaper)alternative to cable and satellite!

I was getting fed up with the rising rates of satellite and the new shows which are pure garbage. I already had used a media player in the past and wanted something with more features and more access to content. The Roku 3 fit the bill perfectly! I am able to watch what I want when I want for a lower price and better video quality (even in SD!). My only complaint is that the internet shuts off when streaming HD (easily fixed and probably fault of the cable company equipment). I wish there was more international content, especially from Europe and Poland.

I just cut my satellite service for this. Netflix + Plex for my media, is the best combination......my wife loves it.

more channels than apple tv. way more

i already have apple tv. i just bought roku 3, because roku has many many more channels. but apple tv has a optical port, meaning i can hook up to my dolby digital 5.1 surround sound receiver. with roku i have to use my 65" tv's speakers and we all know that the tv's speakers are not that great. so i now have the best of both worlds. maybe some day roku will upgrade to an optical out port.
