Wish unit had audio out jacks, had to buy a hdmi pass thru with audio jacks so we could use our sony wireless headsets. Documentation is pretty skimpy. We have slow internet (1.5 Meg fastest available) no way to set video quality. It seems to do this automatically.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and my family and I have enjoyed all the wonderful options Roku has brought to our television viewing including Spanish language films and some programs with Spanish subtitles. I am so satisfied with Roku, that I am thinking about discontinuing my current cable tv contract. Also I had to use chat support for a minor problem recently and I had a very good experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy with R3

Graduated from an original classic Roku 2100 to an R3 with enhanced remote in December. Had it for 30 days- the difference is night and day. Speed is lightning fast and the setup was straightforward and painless. The only thing that keeps my overall rating from being 'excellent' at this point is the problem I'm having with the headphone jack. I tried the supplied earbuds and my own iPod headphones and neither worked in the unit. I went to chat support and after a rather lengthy wait, my issue was quickly resolved with 'Katy', who ordered a replacement remote promised for delivery within 3-5 bizdays. Content has improved greatly since the 'early days' of Roku.

Would be awesome if channels that show foreign movies had the option of choosing english audio dub instead of english subtitles. Netflix is a good example because all of their foreign movies have subtitles. DVD or bluray movies have this option, why not the ROKU??? thankyou for a unique product! mario from hawaii.
