Best Streaming Quality

I have used an Apple TV and Netflix via my blu-ray player for years, but the Roku beats both hands-down in terms of HD streaming quality. Netflix looks amazing, and now that they have added all the new channels like YouTube and Vimeo it's even better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Roku 3 was very easy to activate. Within 1/2 hour we were up and viewing our Netflix programs. My husband finds it user friendly and can negotiate throughout the various sites effortlessly. Even the remote is of high quality.

Superb streaming device!

Having a Roku device makes managing all of the shows my wife and I watch very easy. The Roku's search feature finds whatever show we are looking for on any channel, and lets us choose which channel we would like to watch it on. It has made cutting the cord a pleasant experience.

Great portal to streaming

This device has opening up a new world. Especially if you have Amazon Prime and can see all those wonderful old TV shows. The addition of YouTube is also to be welcomed!

Nice overall interface, poor USB support

My primary use case for this was to play from flash or USB. I am an AppleTV users for years and love it's interface, but it has no option for playing locally stored content. I planned to take the Roku in our camper when we travel and wanted to have a USB flash drive or hard drive attached for storing video. The USB interface is clunky, and the cover art was not functional. So you basically got a list of the files on the device, or a preview image that is pulled randomly from the file. I returned it to Walmart and got another AppleTV instead.

Only one thing wrong with having a Roku-- not enough hours in a day to watch it! Serious entertainment bang for the buck here. Previously had trouble interrupted streaming with our provider-- Roku's processing and buffering power cleaned that up. Great product!

Roku 3 is my 3rd box I started with A XDS then A XD I love them all so does the rest of my family members and friends together we have A total of 8 rokus in all.
