Problems with Roku 3

I bought my Roku 3 in the USA and planned to use it in Mexico to primarily watch Netflix. Unfortunately, Netflix and some other web program services did not work in Mexico. I brought the Roku back to the USA and Netflix and the services that didn't work in Mexico still didn't work. I had to cancel and re-set the Roku to get it to work properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast user interface

I have an early generation Bluray player with built in Netflix etc. which is very slow and cumbersome. The ROKU 3 is amazingly fast and fluid. I primarily bought it for the Netflix interface so I can't comment on the other channels. I appreciate the ease of navigating and the great descriptions and background scenes provided. One thing that could be improved is providing the country in the description for Foreign films. Perhaps this is a product of Netflix, but it would be helpful if that detail were provided. Also, love the ability to use the remote for wireless headphones. Very pleased!

Love my new Roku!!!

I bought this Roku as a Christmas present for my husband and we both love it! It is extremely easy to set up (plug in one wire) and offers a large selection of both free and paid channels. I was also able to connect to my Shutterfly account and can view all of my pictures on my television. An added bonus was the fact that with a simple app On my iphone I was able to use my iphone as a remote for my Roku and I can view any pictures or videos from my iphone on the television. Roku is an awesome product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Love the player

it does what I need it to do - and I love that it has an ethernet port since we have pretty unreliable wifi.
My only complaint is that the remote drains battery when using the headphones pretty fast
