Interesting device

It was a gift from my son. At first I did not know if it was going to something we used, but now we use it nearly everyday. There is free content, but most of the better content is not free. Still cheaper than cable. I am going to cancel the premium cable channels and use the roku.

Could be better

I would have given this product 5 stars but it has no On/Off options. It doesn't sleep when there's no activity as advertised. It will only sleep if left on the home screen. It doesn't sleep when the TV is powered off either as advertised. Maybe mine is defective. I'm not sure. Other than that it's pretty ok. I like the channels/apps. If I knew cable subscription was required for some of the content I would have kept my cable instead of ditching it, but some TV is better than none.

I bought this about a month ago and I am extremely pleased with it so far. Great design and first rate UI. I love the headphone jack on the remote and the channel store has many apps to choose from. And did I say 'Plex' ??

Great design and features

Great product - well conceived and easy to set up and operate. One has to spend some time exploring all the available free stuff to appreciate the value of Roku. The headphones in the remote is very cool. Much better than Apple TV for versatility and features.

i have had the box for about a month. Seems like more programming everyday. It would take months to see it all. Very happy. Almost ready to cut the cord.

I bought this so i could have movies at my finger tips and this was a lot more than i had expected!!! It was so easy to set up and use. Love it.

I bought the Roku 3 after my previous set top box broke and I was quiet surprised! This little guy can deliver a punch to any living room set up or home theater!

Had my Roku 3 for about 30 days now and I must admit I love it! Not just for movies but for things like news, PBS, etc. Works like a charm.
