Easy to set up and use. Great features

The Roku was quick to set up and is really easy to use. Adding channels is a snap, and content loads quickly with no buffering.

Love the Roku. Fast, simple, and easy. Terrific for streaming content over the internet. That said, I have a lot of movies ripped to digital format and my Roku player freezes up regularly and reboots when playing movies from a USB drive. I also wish it had a YouTube app.

Got this about a month or so ago, after deciding we were paying way too much for cable and disconnecting it! It is worth it and has a lot of options, although I didn't realize that many channels do need subscriptions or need to be paid for somehow, but it is stil much cheaper than cable or sattelite!! I wish there was some way to get live tv!!

Am new to internet TV and just started exploring on Netflix with my new Roku3. I really like the radio-remote because it doesn't need line of sight to work unlike infrared. I'm hardly watching any broadcast tv anymore. The Roku works seamlessly.

I bought my Roku 3 about 1 month ago as a gift for my husband and the whole family loves it. Easy to use a good number of free channels with good programming. Recommended it to my friend as well. I really like the ethernet hookup and it works great.

Bought this 1 month ago and have now discontinued Comcast TV and am now using Aereo, Neflix, and Roku. There are a very large selection of choices on Roku

Simple and Easy

I purchased the Roku 3 to try out as a Plex client.
Pros
Impressed with the speed and ability to play almost anything
Play content off USB hard drive
Wireless remote is awesome
Remote headphones are very useful (especially when your significant other wants to stay up late watching TV and you have to get up early)
Cons
Only downside is a visual thing... Plex on the Roku is very limited on implementing the full PHT interface that looks amazing. The Plex app interface on Roku is just kind of boring not to mention it takes forever to horizontally scroll through over 500 movies. (you have to use the Iphone Plex App) If Roku and Plex could make a more appealing interface like PHT happen they would have it made and for sure be the #1 selling TV streaming device.
