I like the WIFI remote, it does not need to be out clutting up the are around the TV. The Android APP is great too as it gives you an extra remote with keyboard.

Reliable, Affordable

This is a recent purchase made with the intention of testing the waters for dropping my satellite service. The box itself, though small and simple works as advertised. The variety of offered services is amazing, though many require a reasonably small monthly service fee.
The remote, though perfectly functional, is somewhat too small for my hand and lacks a few of the most my most oft-used features, like muting (without plugging in a headset). I also haven't been able to discover how to simply re-start a partially viewed movie without lengthy rewinding.
But, despite those couple of quirks, this unit is an extraordinary value for movie lovers and gamers alike!

I bought this about a month ago just so I have a way to connect to Netflix. I think it works great and there are some interesting channels that come with it but most of the FREE movie channels have mostly very low rated movies. I think you can get more out of some of these movie channels if you are a senior citizen. Lots of low rated movies and very old movies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've now enjoyed our Roku 3 for the last three months and have had no complaints. Set up is effortless and the applications/channels are everything we could ask for. Thank you producing such a great product.

I bought this about four months ago now and have been extremely pleased with the purchase. With the recent addition of ESPN 3, it has become my new go to for viewing above my cable subscription. In fact, if it wasn't for needing a cable subscription for HBO GO, I would cancel all together. The only real problem I have with it, besides a lack of certain apps like SHOWTIME or STARZ apps, is the inability to personalize your home screen. You basically just purchase apps and the line up on your home screen in the order you download them. You can't really categorize them in any specific way (though maybe I just haven't been able to figure it out yet and there is in fact a way to do it).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had my Roku 3 a bit over month. Its has worked flawlessly. I use it along with Unblock Us to access a bigger pool of viewing. If Roku had NFL I could cut the cord. The size is great and with the remote not needing line of sight it can be placed any where. Speed and picture quality is excellent.
