I bought this about a month ago & I am so glad I made the right choice. I looked at all the other similar type products, but the just didn't measure up.

Our family was tired of paying Direct TV $150 a month and find nothing on.
We opted to give the ROKU 3 HD device a try.
The product and choice of channels exceeded our expectations. Further we really like it because there are no commercials :)

Great bang for buck

Has great features, easy to set up. Good for all manners of online streaming. Local USB file support could be better but everything else is top notch.

The Roku 3 is perfect for a HDTV that is just a little too old to have apps to watch things like Netflix or Amazon Prime. There are hundreds of other channels to choose from as well and some of them are even live. I use it every single day and love it.

The Roku 3 is an excellent upgrade, the new faster processor is smooth and responsive and the 3 comes with more updated updated software in comparison to the original Roku player. The WiFi remote is nifty and responsive. I don't know that I would play games on it but I did try the bowling app and Angry birds. It has lots of content and plenty of channels that are well written for the Roku, and the addition of a USB port is handy for content from the Roku. Its a small lightweight device and I haven't had any problems. I highly recommend the Roku player for anyone, and I gifted some to my relatives. Overall its a great little box with all the apps you could want.
