Very convenient

I just purchased my second Roku a couple of months ago. This time I got the Roku 3. I use it primarily with Hulu Plus and Netflix. It's a great way to catch up on shows that I've missed and also on days when I want to veg on the couch and do a series marathon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had been using a borrowed Roku 2 and really enjoyed what I was seeing so I decided to buy my own. I have had mine for about a month and just love it. It's easy to use and has a lot of great options.

Goodbye Satellite / Cable monopoly

Couldn't be happier! It works perfectly, gets automatic free upgrades and is one giant leap for mankind. Myself, along with about 10 million other people want to break away from the satellite / cable monopoly by using internet and OTA free channels. I just bought a Magnavox digital recorder to edit commercials from the OTA channels (much like my soon-to-be-discontinued Hopper) and use a Roku 3 (do yourself a favor and get a Roku 3--they are sooo much better) to watch the 400+ internet channels.

Easy to use

I purchased this product so that I could eliminate my cable tv expense. Roku , along with the addition of an exterior HDTV antenna provided me with basic tv programming as well as a means of accessing other programs obtained through Roku and or my laptop.
Roku was easy to set up, HDMI cable to the tv, power cord, navigate simple installation procedure and its done.
Roku has options for a number of feeds such as Netflix, Amazon , etc.,,
I would recommend this product for anyone that is frustrated with the cost of cable.

There definitely is a lot of power packed in such a tiny device! We have been using the Roku 3 for several months now and have absolutely no complaints. It powers up instantly, easy to navigate and TONS of channels to choose from! You will NOT be disappointed!

Great Device

I purchased a Roku 2 first and enjoyed the device but then moved it to another location and purchased the Roku 3 which is even better! I do want to add that on the set up of the Roku 2 device somehow, I was routed to a company that charged me $39.99! Roku is free! Fortunately I did get a refund for the $39.99! Roku's tech support is extremely patient and very helpful!
