Problems

This worked beautifully when I first bought it (2 months ago). Now I hae to unplug it and replug to get it to go on and many,many times during a movie I receive a message saying " we are having trouble with this at this time, please try again". It happened so many times could not keep up with movie.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a little bit of a snob when it comes to TV picture quality. Roku3 gives great quality. I highly recommend it!

Only 1 Thing Needed to Make it Perfect!

That would be more outputs. 1 HDMI is good but if it also had RGB &/or S-Video with L & R RCA outs it would be the best. I know it's small, but I don't need to put it in my pocket to take it on a trip. I have to get 2 more, 1 for each of my adult kids so I have to go with the Roku 2 because they need versatility with the outputs. You never know what kind of TV you will have when you travel.

Can watch whatever you want whenever you want. Gives low prices to rent what you want. You can also watch movies that are still in theatres.

It's been a wile since I bought the Roku 3 and I'm using it (or I should say that my dauther is using it most) almost everyday. 90% of the time I'm using it to watch Netfilx. I like Neflix but beside this the other free chanels are not verry interesting except couple of them, like Vevo. The only thing that will make this box perfect is to have an Youtube and a web browser built in.
