I love my Roku! I have access to hundreds of channels and apps. The only thing that would make this better is I could get access to You Tube on it.

Hangs up time to time

I bought it 4-5 months ago and it hangs up once in 2 days have to restart it.

Glad I got rid of DirectTV

I've had my Roku 3 roughly 4 months I think and I love it. So glad I got rid of my DirecTV. I got tired of the super high cost for TV that I didn't watch 98%+ of the channels. Now I can watch what I want when I want. The only negative is lack of decent live news which my wife likes to watch when getting ready for work. Other than that it's great. I only subscribe to what I want to watch, nothing more.

Nice, but not what I was hoping for

I bought my Roku about 5 months ago. Though I like it due to the same features as my Roku 2's, I was disappointed it won't play many of my video formats from an external hard drive. My WD Live device is able to play them just fine, however the Roku 3 tends to have no sound, or just won't play them at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We upgraded to #3 a few months ago and really love the updates. It's smooth and and much faster. Easier to navigate through- and lots more to navigate through as well! Love all the movie channels like M-Go, News, and so forth.

I bought this ROKU 3 a few months ago and I love it, so many choices to view and pick from. I love that I don't have to turn it on all I have to do is point my remote and the screen appears and I like the way the word ROKU is tapping it's feet like it's saying I'm waiting.I did and I still do recommend ROKU to family,friends, and people when I'm out shopping and I see someone reading the box it comes in. 5 STARS here thank you ROKU!!!!!!!

Purchased this about 6 months ago, we love it and are so glad we got it. Easy set up and we never have a problem streaming our Netflix or any of the many channels we have added.
