Love all the great options available, especially the ear buds. I have a hearing problem and can watch a program without disturbing neighbors.

Very good. Like the power plug change

This is the 4th Roku player I have purchased. My original one is still working fine, just is not an HD version. Upgraded to the XS model last year, but it got destroyed when one of my children plugged in the wrong power plug from another device into it. OK, had to buy another one and again they did it once more. How disappointing. Strange that it required a lower voltage than other devices, but uses the same size plug. Not good and easy to fry one if you use the wrong power adapter. So, I bought another one - the Roku 3. It finally has a unique power adapter/plug that does not allow anything else to get plugged into it. Should last us for a while because it won't get fried from using the wrong power adapter. I am happy that they changed that. Aside from all of this, it is a very good player and I am quite pleased with the features and way it performs.

We had an older XD and decided to dump the satellite so we upgraded with two new Roku 3's and we are glad we did. They are much faster when getting to programming. Just as reliable as the older units. Very happy with it.

Compact Magnum Action

Terrific! I have great streaming capabilities with very few interrupted service. Without the noise of a magnum, this small unit has the velocity and power required to stream any HD content you want. Great channels like Netflix, Vevo, and Plex. The only downside is the limited channels in Canada - compared to the US.

Headphone jack in remote is a great feature!

We were formerly using a blu-ray player to stream videos, but the delays during loading were driving us mad. Who wants to wait an extra 12 seconds just for an ad to load on Hulu? This is a much more seamless experience.
And it turns out that the headphone jack (which initially sounded a little silly) is a really nice feature. You can step out of the room and still hear the show.
