Lots of choices, easy to navigate

Lots of channels to choose from, although quite a few are obscure channels that few people watch. Also, beware of channels that charge fees.

I switched out my first Roku for the Roku3 and I am so glad I did. I love the fact that I can down load games and play them. The headphones are neat also. The remote is easy to manipulate and picture quality appears to be better. I wouldn't trade my little black box for anything.. I love it..

had our roku 3 for 5 months and we love it...the roku cjannels with Netflix gives us more tv than we get time to watch with an 8.75 cable bill....wish I had bought one years ago.

I have had my Roku for several months. I will be getting rid of cable TV because I never watch it, I watch my Roku. Lots of channels, lots of choices and could not be easier to use

Saved $1100 leaving cable

I was tired of throwing $100 month to watch what the people at our local cable company called entertainment. It had gotten so bad that my family and I were only watching about 2 of the 150 channels they offered. It seemed that there was no alternative when my wife came to me complaining about how she just wanted to sit down, sip her cup of coffee and watch something worth watching. Then I heard one of my favorite radio personalities talking about a network available on the Roku and I did some research and found out about Hulu and the hundreds of other channels available and it changed our lives. We invested a month's worth of cable bill and saved over a $1100 in a year. In fact the picture quality is fabulous, all we were getting with cable was standard picture, sometimes substandard, but now we have HD. When my children go to their friends house, they ask, where"s your Roku? They, my children had no problem learning to use the devices, once we got one we had to have more, they are able to negotiate it with ease.
