This device is simply AMAZING!!! If you are thinking about ditching your cable, don't give it a second thought. Ditch it and get Roku3. Awesome awesome awesome.

bought this b/c I was tired of running to the red box kiosk ten times a day. I don't know how I lived without this thing. so many great movies that I would never know about if it was not for this box.

I have 4 Rokus at the moment. I bought my first one over a year ago, then recently I decided to upgrade to the newest model. I loved it so much I bought one for each of the televisions in our house! We use them everyday and my Dad hasn't watched network or cable TV since I put one in his room! I particularly love being able to plug the headphones into the remote, whoever came up with that idea is a genius. :) I love to watch TV late at night and it keeps me from disturbing everyone else. We save so much money by not subscribing to premium channels on cable anymore and if it weren't for my husband's football games I would have cut the cord to cable a long time ago.

We have replaced our cable with a roku box and haven't looked back. We mostly use netflix and just added espn to watch live sports. Well worth it.

I decided to get rid of my cable so I got the Roku since most of what I was watching was via internet. I am so glad I did. I have all my streaming channels in one place and there are so many other channels for me to watch. Even if I have to pay a monthly fee for some, I am still saving over $300 a year from cable.
The Roku is so easy to use, very user friendly. My only regret was not buying one sooner.
